It is a good idea to have your bags pre-cut so that they are ready to hold the exact quantity of meat. You can also purchase packs of bags that are ready to go without having to cut them.
Step 3: Now for the sealing part. Check for any dirt or debris that you may have missed during your initial scan. You should have the cleanest and most sanitary product going into your freezer. When you have the food package sealed, then you can put it in freezer. Don’t overload the freezer more than its size. Make sure that there is enough room for the package to be able to freeze properly. Your items may not freeze properly, if you overload the freezer.
Step 4: Lastly, when you are done with packaging and sealing of meat in the food sealers, clean up your tools and work area. If any meat is left over that still needs to be processed and you don’t have any food sealer left with you, you can still package the product using plastic. Be sure to wrap it in plastic and then store it in the refrigerator . But, make sure to use a food sealer later. Don’t let it sit any longer than a day or two because there is the risk of the meat getting contaminated. Seal and store it as soon as you can
